We purchase our raw materials predominantly from regional grain farmers. After all, our mills are situated in one of the best grain producing areas in Europe.

The grain farmers in this region are our most important raw materials suppliers.

We maintain close contact with our grain producers and discuss the grain conditions constantly.  This allows us to guarantee the high quality and hygiene standards of the grain products that we subsequently process.

Grain farmers in the region cultivate their fields using best practices and experience and deliver high quality grain directly to our mills.

The agricultural trade

The volumes of grain that we process in addition to those delivered directly by grain farmers are procured through the agricultural trade.

In order to enable us to comply with our high quality and hygiene standards, we only buy from grain stores that comply with the hygiene standards of the European Union and which implement a functioning HACCP system.
